Xülasə. Məqalədə şəhər landşaftında kənd təsərrü­fatının inkişaf perspektivləri və onun gələcək proqnozu təhlil edilir. Mingəçevir şəhər landşaftında ərazi və əhali artımı müəyyən edilmişdir. Artan əhalinin ərzaq təminatının yaxşılaşdırılması məqsədilə şəhər əra­zi­sin­də xaricdən gətirilən məhsullarla yanaşı kənd tə­sər­rü­fatının da inkişaf etdirilməsi yolları təhlil edilib. Bu zaman həm ənənəvi, həm də müasir üsullardan is­tifadə olunub. Riyazi-statistik metod əsasında təd­qiqat əra­zisinin kənd təsərrüfatı məhsullarının istehsalı, on­ların əkin sahələri, məhsuldarlığı, heyvandarlıq və onun məhsulları təhlil edilmişdir. Müasir metodlar əsa­sında 2023-cü ildə şəhərin sərhədləri müəyyən edilib. 1975-ci ildə topoqrafik plan əsasında sərhəd xətti təhlil edi­lib. Aparılan araşdırmalar şəhərin qısa müddətdə sü­rətli inkişafını əks etdirir. Bu inkişaf şəhər landşaftında kənd təsərrüfatının tənəzzülünə və ətraf ərazilərdə onun in­kişafına səbəb olmuşdur.

Annotation

The article analyzes the development prospects of agriculture in the urban landscape and its future forecast. The territorial and population growth of the urban landscape of Mingachevir has been determined. In order to improve the food supply of the growing population, ways to develop agriculture in the city area in addition to imported products were analyzed. At that time, both traditional and modern methods were used. Based on the mathematical-statistical method, the production of agricultural products of the research area, their cultivated areas, productivity, animal husbandry and its products were studied. Based on modern methods, the borders of the city were determined in 2023. In 1975, the border line was determined based on the topographical plan. The conducted studies reflect the rapid development of the city in a short period of time. This development has led to the decline of agriculture in the urban landscape and its development in the surrounding areas.
