INVESTIGATING PROBLEMS OF RURAL POPULATION OF SHAKI-ZAGATALA ECONOMIC DISTRICT

Annotation. One of the important indicators of the state policy in the field of socio-economic development is the solution of the problem of employment of the rural population. Improving employment legislation, developing the labour market in the regions, accelerating the creation of new jobs and ensuring effective employment of the rural population are important issues. The article identifies the rural population of Shaki-Zagatala economic region, labour resources and their efficient use, employment structure. The analysis of these areas was calculated on the basis of population census materials and statistical data for 2000-2020, and changes in this area were studied. At the same time, the employment potential of the rural population in the region was studied and the employment problems faced by the population were highlighted. Ways to solve the employment problems of the rural population of the region are analysed and relevant recommendations are given to eliminate them.
