DETECTION OF POLLUTION CONDITIONS IN THE AIR BASIN OF INDUSTRIAL CITIES OF THE APSHERON PENINSULA BY DUST

Abstract. In this paper are considered conditions of dust pollution of an air pool of industrial cities of Absheron peninsula, application of the cosmic picture. Used statistical analysis of meteorological conditions and air pollution, as well as the method of decoding photo images obtained from satellites. The study of dust storms is of great importance to economic activity. It is important to know how far away can spread airborne dust, what are the real size of the dust outstations, the area of deposition and accumulation of sediment. From the environmental point of view, these results allow to assess the degree of atmospheric pollution by dust.
