 Xü­la­sə. Mə­qa­lə­də Azər­bay­can Res­pub­li­ka­sı­nın apa­rı­cı sə­na­ye mər­kəz­lə­rin­dən olan Ba­kı və Ab­şe­ron-Xı­zı iq­ti­sa­di ra­yon­la­rın­da ti­kin­ti ma­te­ri­al­la­rı sə­na­ye­si­nin mə­kan təş­ki­lin­də və in­ki­şa­fın­da klas­ter mo­de­li­nin tət­bi­qi­nin zə­ru­ri­li­yi el­mi ba­xım­dan təh­lil olu­nur. Təd­qi­qat­da Ba­kı iq­ti­sa­di ra­yo­nu­nun Qa­ra­dağ in­zi­ba­ti ra­yo­nu və Ab­şe­ron–Xı­zı iq­ti­sa­di ra­yo­nu­na da­xil olan Sum­qa­yıt şə­hə­rin­də ti­kin­ti ma­te­ri­al­la­rı klas­ter­lə­ri­nin for­ma­laş­ma­sı və in­ki­şaf im­kan­la­rı­nın mü­əy­yən­ləş­di­ril­mə­si əsas diq­qət mər­kə­zin­də­dir. Təd­qi­qat nə­ti­cə­lə­ri gös­tə­rir ki, sə­na­ye mü­əs­si­sə­lə­ri, el­mi-təd­qi­qat ins­ti­tut­la­rı, xid­mət sa­hə­lə­ri və di­gər əla­qə­li struk­tur­lar ara­sın­da qar­şı­lıq­lı in­teq­ra­si­ya­nın və əmək­daş­lı­ğın güc­lən­di­ril­mə­si ti­kin­ti ma­te­ri­al­la­rı sə­na­ye­si­nin sə­mə­rə­li­li­yi­nin ar­tı­rıl­ma­sın­da mü­hüm rol oy­na­yır. Ti­kin­ti ma­te­ri­al­la­rı sa­hə­sin­də bey­nəl­xalq klas­ter təc­rü­bə­lə­ri­nin təh­li­li gös­tə­rir ki, Qa­ra­dağ ra­yo­nu və Ab­şe­ron-Xı­zı iq­ti­sa­di ra­yo­nun­da yer­lə­şən Sum­qa­yıt şə­hə­ri be­lə bir klas­ter mo­de­li­nin ya­ra­dıl­ma­sı üçün yük­sək sə­na­ye po­ten­sia­lı­na ma­lik­dir.
