SOME OF THE PROBLEMATIC ISSUES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE GEOGRAPHICAL ECOLOGY

Annotation. The article covers the problems of geographical ecology in higher education, interdisciplinary relationships, and the most recent scientific achievements of its integration into the ecology subject. Despite the fact that many scientists consider geographical ecology to be an interdisciplinary field, a comprehensive analysis of both foreign and domestic literature revealed that there is a great need for research on geographical-oriented scientific-theoretical and scientific-methodological issues. Geographic ecology, or ecogeography, is based on a single geography, which includes both physical and economic geography, and emphasizes ecological components of science when analyzing natural-territorial and territorial-production systems, according to the article. As a result, it was established that spatial ecology offers a diverse variety of options and is critical in understanding the complex link and interaction between nature, population, and agricultural processes.
