Xülasə. Məqalədə Şəki-Zaqatala iqtisadi-coğrafi ra­yonunda kənd etnoməskunlaşması, o cümlədən etnik az­lıqların məskunlaşdığı kənd qrupları və əhalisi tədqiq edilmişdir. Şübhəsiz ki, müəyyən dövrlərdə sosial-iq­ti­sadi və geosiyasi şərait ölkədə etnoməskunlaşmaya ciddi şəkildə təsir göstərmişdir. Baş verən bu sosial-iq­tisadi və siyasi dəyişikliklər, o cümlədən miqrasiyalar, kəndli əməyinə olan tələbatın mexanikləşdirilmə səbə­bindən azalması, aqrar-sənaye kompleksləri inkişaf et­dikcə yaşayış məntəqələri arasında istehsal-iqtisadi, əmək, nəqliyyat və digər fərqlərin güclənməsi nə­ti­cə­sində Azərbaycanın kənd etnoməskunlaşma sistemində əsaslı kəmiyyət və keyfiyyyət dəyişikliyi baş vermişdir. Kənd etnoməskunlaşma sistemində bu kimi fərqlərin or­taya çıxması bəzi kəndlərin ifrat dərəcədə məs­kun­la­şılmasına, bəzi kəndlərin boşalmasına və emiqra­siya­la­rın artmasına səbəb olmuşdur. Buna görə ölkənin ərazi bütövlüyü, strateji gələcəyi, multikultural dəyərlər və re­gionların davamlı inkişafı baxımından əhali məskun­laşmasının və təsərrüfatın səmərəli ərazi təşkilinin elmi əsaslarla öyrənilməsi vacibdir. Məqalədə polietnik mən­zərəsi ilə fərqlənən kənd məskənlərinin transfor­masiya­sına dair tövsiyələr və təkliflər verilmişdir.

Аннотация. В статье исследуются сельские посе­ления в Шеки-Загатальском экономико-геогра­фи­ческом районе, а также сельские группы и населе­ние, представляющие национальные меньшинства. Происходящие социально-экономические и по­лите­ческие изменения, в том числе миграция, снижение спроса на сельский труд в результате механизации, усиления производственно-экономических, трудо­вых, транспортных и других различий между насе­ленными  пунктами по мере развития аграрно-про­мышленных комплексов вызвали основные качес­твенные и количественные изменения в сельской этно-расселенческой системе Азербайджана.

Возникновение таких различий в системе сель­ских этноселений привело к крайнему заселению не­которых деревень, ликвидации некоторых деревень и увеличению миграции. Поэтому с точки зрения территориальной целостности страны, стра­тегичес­кого будущего, мультикультурных  ценностей и ус­тойчивого развития регионов важно изучать на на­учной основе эффективную территориальную орга­низацию населения и экономику. В статье пред­став­лены результаты и предложения по преобразованию сельских поселений в полиэтническoй ситуация.

Abstract

The article investigates the rural ethno-settlements, including rural groups and their population in the Shaki-Zagatala economic-geographical region. Un­doubtedly, the socioeconomic and political conditions in the country have in­fluenced the ethno-settlement at certain times. As a result of these socio­eco­nomic and political changes, namely migrations, the reduction in the demand for rural labors due to mechanisation, the intensification of manufacturing-economic, labor, transportation, and other differences among settlements while developing agro-industrial complexes, there has been an essential quan­tity and quality alteration in the rural ethno-settlement system of Azerbaijan. The emergence of such differences in the rural ethno-settlement system has paved the way for the overpopulation and depopulation of some villages and the increase in the emigration rate. For this reason, it is necessary to study the settlement of population and the effective territorial organisation of economy on a scientific basis in terms of the country’s territorial integrity, strategic fu­ture, multicultural values, and the sustainable advancement of regions.
