TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION OF LIVESTOCK IN THE NATURAL-GEOGRAPHICAL REGION OF GREATER CAUCASUS

Abstract. The topicality of investigation of territorial organi­zation of cattle-breeding in the natural-geographical re­gion of Greater Caucasus is considered in the ar­ticle. Meanwhile, the current condition in cattle-breeding and also sheep-breeding and coat-breeding is analyzed. Ten­dency of development and future opportunities in cattle-breeding, buffalo-breeding, sheep-breeding and coat-breeding by different areas of the region is studied. The corresponding recommendations are given.
