SOME ISSUES OF ADAPTATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN TO GLOBAL SOCIOECONOMIC AND POLITICAL CHANGES

Abstract. Certain issues of rational adaptation of the popula­tion and economy to corresponding socioeconomic and political changes are analyzed in the article. The analy­sis and relevant substantiation concerns the necessity of balanced and structural demographic development, the support of national moral values, as well as the pursuing of regional socioeconomic and settlement policy.
