SCIENTIFIC-METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR THE FORMATION OF GEOCOMPLEXES OF THE NORTHEASTERN SLOP OF THE GREAT CAUCASUS

Abstract. The analysis of the current state of the environment, the dynamic development of natural re­source utilization in the studied territory shows that the volume and quality of work in the field of nature con­servation should increase. And there is no com­pre­hen­sive approach in scientific and methodological issues. When establishing the boundaries and limits of administrative-territorial units, settlements, muni­cipa­li­ties, as well as when allocating land for the cons­tru­ction of various objects, when establishing landscape elements, and when forming agricultural land use, it is necessary to take into account the requirements of landscape planning of the territory.
