THE IMPACT OF AGRICULTURAL LANDSCAPES GEOCHEMICAL CONDITIONS ON HUMAN HEALTH AND WAYS TO IMPROVE THEM

Abstract. As a result of the research, conducted in the agricul­tural landscapes of the Shirvan Plain from 2012 to 2015, the laws of migration and concentration of macroe­lements and microelements spread in this territory were studied. In the article, the geochemical features of agro­landscapes and the impact of the existing geochemical conditions on the health of living creatures available in these agricultural landscapes – plants, animals, and es­pecially humans, as well as the areals of spread of di­seases characteristic for the territory were investigated, based of which the recommendations are proposed. For the first time,  “Geochemical map of agrolandscapes of the Shirvan Plain” of medium scale was compiled through the use of Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS).
