Abstract<\/strong>. In the article, the directions of modern vil\u00adlage settlement and its development are widely in\u00adves\u00adtigated in the example of Mil-Mugan economic re\u00adgion. Mainly, the average annual indicators of the po\u00adpu\u00adlation in previous years in the Mil-Mugan economic district, including the growth trend over the years, are analyzed. As we know, the increasing importance of modern rural settlement and development is important in achieving sustainable development. Modern rural set\u00adtlement and development trends include the in\u00adtro\u00adduc\u00adtion of new technologies and innovations, infra\u00adstruc\u00adture development, and an emphasis on envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal sustainability. Mil-Mugan economic region shows the population change in administrative regions as an example. Urbanization in the region is low and most of the population lives in rural areas.<\/p>\n
