Annotation<\/strong>. It is impossible to determine the future without knowing the history of the science of ge\u00ado\u00adgra\u00adphy, without obtaining information about its paths. Re\u00adsearch and in-depth analysis of the prehistory of science is a bridge connecting the past with the present.\u00a0From this point of view, in the article, until the be\u00adginning of the 20th century, the history of studying the geography of the territory of Azerbaijan, the evolution of geographical conditions, the history of classical ideas about our country were not carried out.\u00a0Looking at the scientific and technical achie\u00adve\u00adments achieved in the republic today, and the history of the dynamic development of the science of geography, it is not difficult to imagine how it was formed from simple ideas, reached the present cosmic and cons\u00adtructive level, and played an important role in solving global and eco-anthropogenic problems in our life. The representatives of other sciences who par\u00adti\u00adcipated in the development of geography science in Azerbaijan also made their prac\u00adti\u00adcal and theoretical contributions to one degree or anot\u00adher, all of which were systematically analyzed and inter\u00adpreted in the work.<\/p>\n
