Annotation<\/strong>. The article is dedicated to the proposed project solutions related to the integrated use of Tur\u00adyan\u00adchay’s water resources.\u00a0The regional effects of climate changes (increasing air temperature and decreasing precipitation, especially snow supply) that have occurred in recent years (chan\u00adges in the nutrient regime of rivers and springs) are felt more by increasing problems in drinking water supply and irrigation. The lack of a centralized water supply system in the settlements located in the river basin and poor water supply create serious problems for the cre\u00adation of small industries in the region. Up to 30,000 hec\u00adtares of fertile land located in the upper reaches of the river, between 400-600 m absolute levels, are currently cultivated mainly in boiling conditions.\u00a0The soil fund and agro-climatic conditions of the area create ample opportunities for the development of intensive horticulture. However, the lack of water limits the adequate use of these opportunities. Since the flow regime of the Turyan river is not regulated, its water and hydropower resources are not used efficiently.<\/p>\n
