Abstract.\u00a0<\/strong>The article notes that, the most important problem during the years of independence of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic was the resolution of the issue of further increasing the speed of economic development, raising the level of culture, science and education. How\u00adever, despite the fact that the independence of the Azer\u00adbaijan Democratic Republic lasted only 23 months, much was done to restore the Azerbaijani statehood and revive the national self-consciousness of the Azerbaijan people.<\/p>\n
