An industrial enterprises of Sheki distict\u00a0 and its territorial organization have been studied in the article. Me\u00ada\u00adsu\u00adres implemented in the region within the framework of the State program of socio-economic development of the regions (2014-2018) are reviewed. The industrial po\u00adtential of the district\u00a0 was thoroughly explored and SWOT analysis of the area was conducted. The strengths and weaknesses of the industry&#8217;s devel\u00adopment, as well as factors which\u00a0 have been impeding or stimu\u00adlating this development, all branches of in\u00addus\u00adtry, in\u00adclu\u00adding food, light, construction industries have been wi\u00addely studied. The industry sectors map of area has been deve\u00adloped, along with the existing in\u00addustrial fa\u00adcilities ref\u00adlec\u00adted on the map, and potential areas of their construction were high\u00adlighted. For this purpose, satellite images have been used. The economic analysis of the district was car\u00adried out by obtaining in\u00adtervals for years in each branch of the industry by using sta\u00adtistical data. After ac\u00adcom\u00adpli\u00adshing SWOT ana\u00adlysis in the re\u00adse\u00adarch area, a number of conclusions have been obtained, and the industry&#8217;s de\u00advelopment prospects ha\u00adve been identified.
