The changes of teaching methods of geography during the period of independence of Azerbaijan Republic are elucidated in the article. The peculiarities of contents of new educational programs and textbooks of the secondary schools are considered and tasks on studying of new effective teaching of the subject geography are defined as well.<\/p>\n
