Abstract.<\/strong>\u00a0It is observing the anthropogenic reduction (18-23%) in the annual flow of the Araz (Surmaly) river from the beginning of Turkey and Armenian borders. This re\u00adduction is 36-52% in the down site of Araz water reser\u00advoir. The annual flow of Araz river in the closing station (Saatly station) during the entire observation period was 128 m3<\/sup>\/s or 44% reduction and 34.5% in the 1991-2010<\/p>\n
