Abstract.\u00a0<\/strong>Physical culture (including its organic part Sports) in contemporary conditions, as a complicated socio-eco\u00adno\u00admi\u00adcal phenomenon of the society, is a significant element of lifestyle, the importance of which is steadily increasing all over the world.\u00a0 Scientific researches in the field of Geography of Sports appeared in Georgia star\u00adting from 1980s. This article reveals sufficiently strong methodological bases for the geographical ana\u00adlysis of all sides of sports activities and demonstrates the pro\u00adcess of creation of the newest sub-discipline of domestic Social Geography.<\/p>\n
