Abstract.\u00a0<\/strong>In the article was identified that the methods of as\u00adsessment of ecological flow are divided into three groups: hydrological, hydraulic modelling of habitats, holistic. Because of their simplicity (only hydrological information is required) and low cost (no need for field work) the hydrological methods are most of all used in international practice. Currently in Azerbaijan informa\u00adtion needed to apply hydraulic modeling of habitats and holistic methods isn\u2019t sufficient. Taking this into acco\u00adunt in the article is proposed hydrological method for assessment of ecological flow of local rivers of Azer\u00adbaijan for protection and provision of their rec\u00adreational- esthetic and ecological functions of these ri\u00advers.<\/p>\n
