From this standpoint, the pollution of the Cas\u00adpian Sea and its level variability influence on its eco\u00adlogical conditions of people living in the coastal zone.In the present article were investigated the sources of pol\u00adlution and their impact on the ecological condition of the sea. Also analyzed the power and operational perfor\u00admance located in the coastal zone of the Absheron pe\u00adninsula of the Caspian Sea. The deep physical-ocean\u00adographic processes and the effect of wind on the ocean currents in the sea have been studied.
