Abstract<\/strong>.\u00a0This article is characterized by features of the vege\u00adtation and the main representatives of the participants of production-destruction processes, which are the phyto\u00adplankton and microbiota in reservoirs located in diffe\u00adrent climatic zones. Also it found that, depending on the gas, salt, thermal conditions and physico-chemical cha\u00adracteristics of water reservoirs, the development of plankton, benthic organism communities proceeds dif\u00adferently, that is closely connected with their state of the ecosystem. It is also revealed that the occurrence of eutrophication, hypoxia and zamorov reservoirs are the result of anthropogenic impacts on water reservoirs of the ecosystem.<\/p>\n
