Abstract.\u00a0<\/strong>The geographical opportunities of Avakhyl and Da\u00admirchi municipalities of Shamakhy district have been studied in the article. Analyzing natural-geographical and socio-economic conditions, the ecotourism potential of the area has been determined. During the study, the teritory was visited and social survey was conducted among the population in each settlement. By summari\u00adzing the results of the survey and observation, there were studied the living conditions and occupation of the po\u00adpulation. The unique features of the area are taken into account during the analysis of socio-economic conditi\u00adons and in the preparation of an action plan. Damirchi village was selected as a special model territory and the land use map has been compiled on the basis of satellite images of the area.<\/p>\n
